Hey, I’m Sam!

IDNB | IDC | NCIDQ

I love helping people see what their home could become! Sometimes that starts with a set of plans and a long wish list and other times, it’s a home you’ve loved for years that no longer quite works for the way you live.

Based in New Brunswick and working with clients across Canada, I focus on new builds and substantial home renovations. I’m drawn to spaces that feel warm, comfortable, full of personality, and most importantly, homes that are designed to make space for real life moments to unfold!

For me, the process starts with getting to know you. How you spend your mornings, where everyone gathers, what’s always getting in the way, and what you’re hoping will feel different. Those conversations shape everything from the floor plan to the finishes.

I absolutely love the creative side of my work, but I’m equally invested in the thinking behind it: making a layout work harder, understanding how one decision affects the next, and working through the finer details before they become questions on site. My role is to help you see the possibilities, understand your options, and feel confident moving forward.

Whether we’re designing your home from the earliest plans or reviewing a floor plan before construction, you can expect thoughtful guidance, honest conversations, and a warm, collaborative approach.

The goal is always a home that feels like you!
